Book a Home/Business visit to have your computer diagnosed and repaired,  we come to you and test your pc, once tested we offer a complete repair at our best rate possible.  No need to cart your computer to the shop any more with this fast and friendly service.

This service is only available to customers within our region at the moment, which is staffordshire, west midlands and shropshire.  When you book the call out we will contact you to arrange a day and time to call that suits you, this cost includes a technician visiting your premises to carry out a diagnostic on your computer.  if your computer requires a driver this will be installed (if provided) within the cost.

You WILL be given a complete cost for any repair before the work is undertaken and work will only be undertaken upon agreement.  Novus are not responsible for your DATA you should always keep a current backup of important information.
